保山市13303例女性HPV感染情况分析

摘要 目的:调查云南省保山市女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状及基因型分布情况。方法:针对保山市到医院妇科就诊的13303例女性采集宫颈脱落细胞标本,采用反向斑点杂交-基因芯片技术进行HPV基因型检测。结果:HPV感染阳性共检出1161例,阳性率为8.73%,其中高危型感染率8.07%,低危型感染率0.38%,混合感染率0.28%。单一感染率6.98%,多重感染率1.74%。检出的前五位HPV基因型均为高危型,依次为52例(2.23%)、16例(1.48%)、51例(1.07%)、58例(1.05%)、68例(0.80%)。HPV感染阳性率以16~20岁组最高,为30.8%,61~70岁组其次,为9.56%,呈“U”形分布。结论:保山市女性HPV感染以单一型感染为主,高危型52、16、58、51和68为主要基因型。HPV基因型分布的研究对宫颈癌防治具有重要的指导意义。 Objective:To investigate the status of cervical papillomavirus(HPV)infection and genotype distribution in women in Baoshan City,Yunnan Province.Methods:A total of 13,303 women who visited the hospital for gynecology in Baoshan City were collected specimens of cervical exfoliated cells,and HPV genotype was detected by reverse dot blot-gene chip technology.Results:A total of 1161 HPV infections were detected with a positive rate of 8.73%,of which the high-risk infection rate was 8.07%,the low-risk infection rate was 0.38%,and the mixed infection rate was 0.28%.The single infection rate was 6.98%,and the multiple infection rate was 1.74%.The top five HPV genotypes detected were all high-risk types,which were 52(2.23%),16(1.48%),51(1.07%),58(1.05%),and 68(0.80%).The positive rate of HPV infection was highest in the 16~20 year old group,which was 30.8%,followed by the 61~70 year old group,which was 9.56%,showing a U-shaped distribution.Conclusion:HPV infection in Baoshan women is mainly monotype infection,and high-risk types 52,16,58,51,and 68 are the main genotypes.The study of HPV genotype distribution has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
