摘要
介绍了国内外,包括韩国、日本、瑞士等发达国家,大学生智能手机成瘾的原因、负面影响,手机成瘾与大学生独立能力缺失的关系。通过督促与监管学生提高自律意识,学会管理使用时间,并用智能手机安排大学的生活,指导自己的学习活动,利用建成的平台对接教师的课堂教学等措施督促学生合理使用手机。结合上述策略,让学生利用手机学习成为一种常态,经过诸多方面的强化训练,促成学生独立能力的养成,成为终身受益的学习品质。针对校园的热门话题,结合国内外校园的实际案例进行分析,给在校手机成瘾的学生及教学中遇到类似问题的教师以启示与指导。
This article introduces the causes,negative effects of smart phone addiction,and the relationship between phone addiction and lack of independent ability among college students in China and developed countries abroad including Korean,Japan,Switzerland.We guide the college students by urging and supervising students to increase their awareness of self-discipline,and to learn to manage the time and to arrange the university life via smart phones,to guide their own learning activities,and to urge students to use mobile phones rationally by connecting to teachers’classroom teaching via the built net platform.Overall,these guidelines make it the norm for students to use smart phones for their learning.Long-term and intensive training in many aspects promotes the development of students’independent ability.This paper focuses on the hot topics on campus and analyzes the actual cases on campus at home or abroad to provide inspiration and guidance for students with smart phone addiction at school and for teachers who encounter similar problems in teaching.
