高校体育教育专业跨栏跑教学中学生产生恐惧心理的原因分析——以上饶师范学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 跨栏跑是高校体育专业必修课程之一,它对学生身心素质的发展起到了一定的促进作用。此研究主要采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,针对上饶师范学院体育教育专业学生学习跨栏跑过程中的恐惧心理进行问卷调查,并提出了学生学习跨栏跑中产生恐惧心理的应对方案:教师要建立正确的认知概念;提高学生的身心素质;让学生多做模仿练习和专门练习;对学生区别对待、因材施教,目的是为高校跨栏跑教学提供理论依据。 Hurdle race is one of the compulsory courses of physical education major in colleges and universities,which plays a certain role in promoting the development of students’physical and mental quality.Therefore,this study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the fear of the students majoring in physical education of Shangrao Normal University in the process of learning hurdle race,and puts forward the countermeasures for students’fear in learning hurdle race:Teachers should establish correct cognitive concept;They should improve students’physical and mental quality in order to provide theoretical basis for the teaching of hurdle race in colleges and universities;teachers should let students do more imitation exercises and specialized exercises;they should treat students differently and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
