肠道菌群是现代医学研究的热点之一,它能通过影响人体的免疫、代谢等影响人体的呼吸系统、消化系统、心脑血管系统、免疫系统等。功能性胃肠病是指排除器质性、代谢性、系统性病变后的胃肠道不适症状的一系列综合征,其发病率较高,严重影响患者正常的生活和工作。该文主要论述肠道菌群与功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征、功能性腹胀、功能性便秘、功能性腹泻等常见功能性胃肠病之间的相关性,为胃肠病的诊断以及治疗提供参考。

Gut microbiota is one of the hotspots of modern medical research.And it can affect the body’s respiratory system,digestive system,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system,immune system and other aspects by affecting the body’s immunity and metabolism.Functional gastrointestinal disorders refers to a series of syndromes from the gastrointestinal tract excluding organic,metabolic,and systemic diseases,and its incidence is higher.It seriously affects the normal life and work of patients.This article mainly discusses the correlation between gut microbiota and common functional gastrointestinal disorders,and provides reference for the diagnosis and treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders.
