摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,可抑制转录后的基因表达,在调控基因表达、细胞周期、生物发育时序等方面起着重要作用。miR-99a是miRNA家族的一员,其表达水平在多种恶性肿瘤中发生显著改变,提示miR-99a对恶性肿瘤的发生发展具有重要调节作用,并且在恶性肿瘤早期诊断、肿瘤分期分级与预后判断等方面具有潜在的应用价值。该文就近年来关于miR-99a在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展做一简要综述。
MiRNA is a type of endogenous small non-coding RNA.It can inhibit the post-transcription gene expression and has a crucial function in terms of modulating gene expression,cell circle and the time sequence of biological development.The expressing level of miR-99 a,which belongs to the miRNA family,varies significantly among many types of malignant tumor.This fact suggests that miR-99 a plays a critical role in regulating the development of cancer.Above all,miR-99 a can serve as a potential target for early diagnosis,grading,classification,treatment and prognosis in malignant tumor.In this article,the research progress of miR-99 a in malignant tumors is reviewed.
