摘要
对连铸上引杆熔炉失效部位进行了光谱及物相化验 ,分析了熔炉铜液内沉淀物及飘浮物产生的原因 ,从飘浮物的成分与物相看 ,造渣的主要元素是Cu、Si、Mg ,分别以CuO、SiO2 和MgO的形式参与造渣形成多相复杂化合物 ,其中稀土起加剧造渣作用。为解决问题 ,其主要措施是在同一炉中不应既用酸性炉料又用碱性炉料 ,以防止酸碱中和造渣而损坏熔炉。
In order to avoid the deposit and float in the melted copper, we analyzed the lapsed parts of the furnace with spectrum. It is found that the slag was composed of the oxide of copper, silicon and magnesium. It was also found that rear earth elements were helpful to the process of slag formation. For avoiding the damnification of the lining of the furnace, it is the key to avoid the mixture of acidic material being used with alkaline material in the melting furnace.
