城市高层建筑火灾应急能力评估体系研究与应用

Research and Application of Fire Emergency Capability Assessment System for Urban High-rise Buildings

对国内外典型高层建筑火灾事故案例进行分析,结合相关领域的研究和实践,提出高层建筑火灾应急能力建设的任务清单;在此基础上,构建高层建筑火灾应急能力多层次评估指标体系及量化模型,并以南方某超大型城市为研究对象进行应用实践,得到了高层建筑火灾应急能力建设方面的基本现状,提出了应急能力提升的针对性措施与建议。

Based on the analysis of typical high-rise building fire accidents at home and abroad,combined with the research and practice in related fields,this paper puts forward the task list of high-rise building fire emergency capacity building;on this basis,it constructs the multi-level evaluation index system and quantitative model of high-rise building fire emergency capacity.Based on the application practice of a super large city in South China,the basic situation of fire emergency capacity construction of high-rise buildings is obtained,and the targeted measures and suggestions for improving the emergency capacity are put forward.
