关于危险废物安全管理问题分析及对策探讨

Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of safety management for Hazardous Waste

我国危险废弃物安全管理中存在着漏洞与不足,针对所存在的问题,从政府层面和企业层面提出相应的对策措施,包括政府部门安全监管职责疏理、标准规范完善、安全管理抓手等,期待能够为提高危险废物安全管理水平提供一点参考。

This study analyses the problems existing in the safety management of hazardous wastes in China and puts forward corresponding countermeasures including the responsibility of government departments for safety supervision,standards or regulations improvement and priority in safety management,etc.at government level and enterprise level.It is hoped that it can provide some references for improving the safety management level of hazardous wastes.
