摘要 为了对驾驶室内VOC进行溯源分析,通过VOC匹配分析的方法,确认部件与驾驶室VOC的匹配度,在此基础上,通过质量守恒分析,计算各部件对驾驶室内TVOC和甲醛的贡献率,进一步对重点污染部件进行材料级别的溯源分析。结果表明,驾驶室内挥发性有机物的主要污染源为操纵台材料3(AHCC),其次是内装板(GFRP)和操纵台材料2(PUR);对驾驶室内TVOC贡献最大的部件为操纵台材料3(AHCC),占比57.4%;对甲醛贡献最大的部件为内装板(GFPR),占比68.5%;操纵台材料3(AHCC)主要污染材料为面板复合材料树脂和表面涂层材料,内装板(GFRP)主要污染材料为基材树脂和表面涂层材料,该方法的建立对轨道车辆车内空气质量的持续改善具有重要的指导意义。 In order to trace the source of the volatile organic compounds in the driver's cab,a VOC matching analysis method was studied to confirm the matching degree between the component and the driver's cab.On this basis,the pollution source contribution rate of TVOC and formaldehyde was calculated through the principle of mass conservation,then material level traceability was carried out for key contaminated components.The results show that the main sources of volatile organic compounds in the driver's cab are the control board material 3(AHCC),followed by the interior panel(GFRP)and the control board material 2(PUR).The component that contributes the most to the TVOC in the driver's cab is the control board material 3(AHCC),accounting for 57.4%;the component that contributes the most to the formaldehyde in the driver's cab is the interior panel(GFRP),accounting for 68.5%.The main contaminating material of the control board material 3(AHCC)are the panel composite resin and surface coating materials,the main contaminated materials of the interior panel(GFRP)are base resin and surface coating material,and the development of this method has great significance for the continuous improvement and of the air quality of railway vehicles.
