摘要 研究了电化学氧化法处理高氯盐氨氮废水的影响因素和处理效果,结果表明,电氧化过程存在氮气和少量硝态氮等产物,较高的电流密度、高Cl-浓度和较高的初始pH值,有利于显著提高氨氮去除速率,但碱性环境将导致总氮去除率下降,宜控制反应过程在中性偏碱条件。在电流密度33 mA/cm2,极板间距1 cm,Cl-质量浓度为10 g/L,控制过程恒定pH值为6~9的优化条件下,经过2.5 h的电解氧化,废水氨氮质量浓度从500 mg/L下降至0.2 mg/L,氨氮去除率为99.9%,此时出水总氮质量浓度为12 mg/L,总氮去除率97%,相应的能耗及碱消耗总成本(以氮计)为62.4元/kg。 Influence factors on the removal of ammonia nitrogen from high chloride wastewater by electrochemical oxidation were studied.The Result indicated that the degradation products of ammonia nitrogen contained N2 and NO3-,and higher current density,higher Cl-concentration and higher pH were beneficial to improve the efficiency,however,alkaline environment resulted to the decreasing of total nitrogen removal rate,and the reaction process should be controlled under neutral alkaline condition.When the current density was 33 mA/cm2,the plate distance was 1 cm,Cl-concentration was 10 g/L,process constant pH was 6-9,electrolytic time was 2.5 h,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater decreased from 500 mg/L to 0.2 mg/L,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 99.9%.Meanwhile,the total nitrogen concentration in the effluent was 12 mg/L,and the total nitrogen removal rate was 97%,the corresponding total cost of energy consumption and alkali consumption is 62.4 RMB/kg.
