山东省各地级市区域经济发展质量评价研究

Evaluation on Regional Economic Development Quality of Various Cities in Shandong

构建了区域经济发展质量评价体系。基于多个维度对山东省各地市经济发展质量进行评价,并以此对各地市的经济结构、经济效率及社会福利等方面进行比较。研究结果表明,省内区域经济发展质量存在明显的地理分布差异,地区经济规模总量较大的地市普遍拥有较好的发展质量表现,然而多数地市的产业结构“全而无优”且普遍缺乏地区优势产业、特色产业,经济“新动能”开发不足。对长期经济发展问题进行了相关讨论,并就山东省新旧动能转换综合实验区建设提供政策建言。

Based on the statistical data of Shandong Province in 2017,it establishes the evaluation system of regional economic development quality,evaluates the economic development quality of 17 prefecture-level cities by using the method of entropy weight,and expresses the economic structure,economic efficiency and social welfare of these cities.The results show that the quality of regional economic development in the province is highly related to the total economic scale of the region.The spatial distribution of regional economic development quality is obviously different.The industrial structure of the vast majority of cities is“all but not excellent”and there is a lack of regional superior industries and characteristic industries.The problem of the transformation of new and old momentum needs to be solved urgently.Finally,it analyses the reasons for the quality of regional economic development in Shandong Province,and provides policy suggestions for the construction of Comprehensive Experimental Zone of new and old kinetic energy conversion in Shandong Province.
