氮化硼对TB8钛合金微弧氧化膜及其耐磨性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过在电解液中添加纳米氮化硼颗粒(BN)对固溶态和时效态的TB8钛合金进行微弧氧化表面改性处理,利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对比分析了添加不同含量氮化硼对TB8钛合金微弧氧化表面形貌、相组成的影响,通过往复式摩擦磨损实验和体式显微镜观察研究了含BN的电解液微弧氧化后合金表面的耐磨性变化.结果表明经时效处理的TB8钛合金微弧氧化膜的金红石相含量增加.而BN添加量的增加,微弧氧化表面的锐钛矿相含量和摩擦系数增加,孔隙率及孔径都有所下降,磨损情况大为改善. The surface modification TB8 titanium alloy with micro arc oxidation(MAO)was carried out by adding boron nitride(BN)nano-powder into the electrolyte.The effect of adding different content of BN on the surface morphology and phase composition of the TB8 titanium alloy was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The effect of BN content on wear resistance of the MAO surface was also investigated by optical microscope(OM)and friction and wear testing machine.The result indicates that the content of rutile phase in the MAO film of TB8 titanium alloy after aging treatment increases.However,with the increase of BN content,the content of anatase phase and friction coefficient increase,but the porosity and pore size decrease,and the wear condition improves greatly.
