摘要
作为连接中外的桥梁,高素质留学生储备的数量和质量对“一带一路”建设和中国“走出去”企业长久发展具有不可替代的作用。基于宁波大学国际工商管理专业来华商科留学生培养的实践经验,发现影响国际化人才培养的因素包括学校办学理念、专业设置、课程选择、学生选择权、教师授课风格等。提出商科类院校应结合自身的办学理念和优势,设置契合国家发展战略、顺应未来市场需求的专业,融合与世界著名大学一致的核心课程和具有明显中国特色的选修课程,建设中英文商科模拟实验室,编著全英文中国本土案例集,与“走出去”企业联合培养,有效提高来华留学生的培养质量。
As a bridge between China and home countries,the quality and size of reserves of capable international students studying in China has irreplaceable effect on Belt and Road Initiative and development of Chinese OFDI companies.Based on Ningbo University’s 14-year experiment in educating international students majoring in business administration,main educating factors are found:motto of university,the major setting,the courses designed in curriculum,the options given to international students,and the teaching style.In order to increase the educating quality for international students in China,business schools should take measures including exploring their own strength to set major based on state strategy and market interest,selecting the same core courses as world famous university and compulsory courses with strong Chinese characteristics,building business simulation laboratory in Chinese and English,compiling series of Chinese case studies in English and designing joint-educating program by university and Chinese OFDI companies.
