摘要
为提高冶金的经济效率,开展了延长冶金高炉炉缸使用寿命的方法研究。通过明确冶金高炉炉缸整体结构,得出冶金高炉炉缸使用寿命的影响因素,并提出延长冶金高炉炉缸使用寿命的方法。在炉身、炉腰、炉腹3个部位部设铜冷却壁,优化了冶金高炉炉缸结构,采用冶金高炉炉缸无间隙综合炉底结构,处理冷却设备产生漏水的情况,延长冶金高炉炉缸使用寿命。设计实验,结果表明,设计的冶金高炉炉缸使用寿命明显高于对照组,证明设计方法可以延长冶金高炉炉缸使用寿命。
In order to improve the economic efficiency of metallurgy,the method of prolonging the service life of metallurgical blast furnace hearth was studied.By defining the overall structure of metallurgical blast furnace hearth,the influencing factors of service life of metallurgical blast furnace hearth are obtained,and the methods of prolonging the service life of metallurgical blast furnace hearth are proposed.Copper cooling stave is set in the three parts of furnace body,hearth and bosh to optimize the structure of metallurgical blast furnace hearth.The comprehensive hearth structure without gap is adopted to deal with the water leakage of cooling equipment and prolong the service life of metallurgical blast furnace hearth.The results show that the service life of the designed hearth is significantly higher than that of the control group,which proves that the design method can prolong the service life of the hearth.
