摘要
由于人们对矿产资源的需求量的不断增加,导致其对矿产资源生产所需要的机械设备提出了更高的精度要求,而电气自动化控制技术是矿山机械设备设计中的核心,因此,从电气自动化控制技术的理论及特点出发,对基于矿山机械设备的电气自动化控制技术进行研究。重点对调速变频器进行优化设计,从而确定电位器的变频器参数,再通过回转设置,实现回转速度的调节,最后对皮带进行双向运行的设计,实现对外界因素变化的信息数据进行处理。
Because of the increasing demand for mineral resources,it puts forward higher precision requirements for mechanical equipment needed for mineral resources production,and electrical automation control technology is the core of mining machinery and equipment design.Therefore,based on the theory and characteristics of electrical automation control technology,the electrical automation control technology based on mining machinery and equipment is studied.The speed regulating frequency converter is optimized to determine the frequency converter parameters of the potentiometer,and then the rotation speed is adjusted by the rotation setting.Finally,the belt is designed for two-way operation.The information data of external factors are processed.
