摘要
在铜电解净化生产中运用旋流电解技术能够更加高效的从铜电解液中回收或提纯溶液中的铜,且能够有效脱除溶液中的砷、锑、铋等杂质,避免铜中间原料积压问题的产生,大大提升了铜金属产品的回收率。与传统脱铜设备相比,旋流电解设备占用空间小,采用便携式或模块组装方式,在当前铜电解净化生产中有着广泛的应用。值得一提的是,旋流电解技术在铜电解净化生产中属于密闭作业,能够有效减少现场酸雾以及有害气体的排放,大大增加了铜电解净化生产的经济与社会环境效益。
In the copper electrolysis purification production,the use of rotating current electrolysis technology can more effectively recover or purify copper from the copper electrolyte solution,and can effectively remove arsenic,antimony,bismuth and other impurities in the solution,the problem of overstock of copper intermediate material is avoided,and the recovery rate of copper metal products is improved greatly.Compared with the traditional copper removal equipment,the rotating current electrolysis equipment takes up less space and is widely used in the current copper electrolysis purification production by using portable or modular assembly.It is worth mentioning that the cyclone electrolysis technology is a closed operation in the copper electrolysis purification production,which can effectively reduce the acid fog and harmful gas emissions,greatly increasing the economic and social environmental benefits of the copper electrolysis purification production.
