浅谈矿山机械安全现状及提升措施

Discussion on safety status of mining machinery and improvement measures

近年来,我国矿山机械行业发展迅速,在产品质量,结构,性能,外观等方面都取得了很大的进步,但仍存在许多不足。如今,许多大型矿山机械应用在矿山作业中,其安全隐患威胁到矿工的生命安全,矿山作业安全越来越受到国家和人民的重视。例如,煤矿煤尘,瓦斯等问题的普遍存在,如果不及时处理,将导致明火爆炸,威胁到工人的生命,造成不同程度的经济损失。因此,矿山机械的安全问题必须引起高度重视,加大研究力度。本文主要针对矿山机械安全现状及提升措施进行简要分析。

In recent years,China’s mining machinery industry has developed rapidly,in product quality,structure,performance,appearance and other aspects have made great progress,but there are still many shortcomings.Nowadays,many large mining machinery is applied in mining operation,and its hidden danger threatens the life safety of miners.Mining operation safety is paid more and more attention by the state and people.For example,coal dust,gas and other common problems in coal mines,if not dealt with in a timely manner,will lead to open fire explosion,threatening the lives of workers,causing varying degrees of economic losses.Therefore,the safety of mining machinery must be taken seriously,and the research efforts should be intensified.In this paper,the safety status and improvement measures of mining machinery are briefly analyzed.
