摘要
针对大型预焙阳极铝电解槽由于漏炉等原因造成槽周阴极母线、短路母线及软带母线冲毁、断裂及损坏,提出了不用系列停电的在线修复技术,考虑到受强电磁场、操作空间限制等影响,根据金属氧化物发生还原反应,放出大量的热,产生高温液态金属,从而实现强磁场下铝母线的在线焊接修复。本文阐述了阴极软母带焊接结构的设计、焊接材料选取、焊接模型的设计,在实验室模拟实验,现场焊接的实际应用验证。
For large pre-baked anode aluminum electrolytic cell due to causes such as leakage furnace tank weeks cathode bus,short circuit soft bus and take bus destroyed,fracture and damage,puts forward the series without power online repair technology,considering the affected by the strong electromagnetic field,the operating space constraints,according to the metal oxide reduction reaction occurs,released a lot of heat,high temperature liquid metal,so as to realize the on-line welding of aluminum bus bar under strong magnetic field repair.In this paper,the design of welding structure,selection of welding materials,design of welding model,simulation experiment in laboratory and practical application verification of field welding are described.
