氢氟酸挥发法测定二氧化硅含量的优化分析 被引量:4

摘要 经典氢氟酸挥发法测定石英砂适用于二氧化硅含量高于98%,对于低于98%的二氧化硅具有很大局限性。本文在经典氢氟酸挥发法的基础上进行改进,利用五氧化二钒的良好热稳定性,在挥发过程中加入定量的五氧化二钒,将不易分解的硫酸盐转化为钒酸盐,可用于低含量二氧化硅的检测。通过精密度试验、不同方法间比对试验和方法间的显著性检验等,说明本法精密度高,准确度高,实用性强,可用于低含量二氧化硅的检测。 The determination of quartz sand by classical hydrofluoric acid volatilization method is suitable for silica dioxide content higher than 98%,which has great limitations for silicon dioxide less than 98%.In this paper,an improvement was made on the basis of classical hydrofluoric acid volatilization method.Making use of the good thermal stability of vanadium pentoxide,a quantitative amount of vanadium pentoxide was added in the volatilization process to convert the indecomposable sulfate into vanadate.The proposed method can be used for the detection of low content silicon dioxide.The precision test,comparison test and significance test between different methods show that this method has high precision,high accuracy and strong practicability,and can be used for the detection of low content silica.
