摘要
本文主要探讨了烧结永磁铁氧体制备中料浆含水率对其性能产生的影响,并对料浆含水率对烧结永磁铁氧体的生坯密度、抗压强度以及成品合格率所造成的影响进行了详细的分析。最终结果表明,当料浆含水率保持在36%时所生产的永磁铁氧体各项性能最佳。
In this paper,the influence of moisture content on the properties of slurry in the preparation of sintered permanent ferrite is discussed.The effects of moisture content on the density,compressive strength and finished product yield of sintered permanent ferrite The effects were analyzed in detail.The final results show that the performance of the permanent ferrite produced when the slurry moisture content is maintained at 36%is the best.
