矿用机械式采掘设备故障自动监测系统设计

摘要 为解决传统矿用机械式采掘设备故障自动监测系统误报警率高的问题,在硬件部分,设计传感器以及监测主机。软件部分,自动追踪矿用机械式采掘设备故障监测信号;处理监测数据,显示矿用机械式采掘设备故障监测结果,实现矿用机械式采掘设备故障自动监测,完成系统设计。设计实验,得出结论:设计系统监测误报警率明显低于对照组,能够解决传统矿用机械式采掘设备故障自动监测系统误报警率高的问题。 In order to solve the problem of high false alarm rate of traditional mining mechanical mining equipment fault automatic monitoring system,the sensor and monitoring host are designed in the hardware part.In the software part,it can automatically track the fault monitoring signal of the mining mechanical mining equipment,process the monitoring data,display the fault monitoring results of the mining mechanical mining equipment,realize the automatic fault monitoring of the mining mechanical mining equipment,and complete the system design.Design experiment,draw a conclusion:the design system monitoring false alarm rate is significantly lower than the control group,can solve the problem of high false alarm rate of traditional mining mechanical mining equipment fault automatic monitoring system.
