精氨酸对不同品种哺乳仔猪生产性能的影响

摘要 目的考察精氨酸对不同品种哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响。方法试验选取40头7日龄哺乳仔猪,分别来源于2头分娩时间接近的大白母猪和2头大太二元母猪,每窝分2个处理,每个处理组开始平均体重为2.64±0.01 kg。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂基础日粮+0.6%的精氨酸,试验时间14 d。结果对照组大白仔猪第14 d的体重较大太组仔猪提高了10.73%(P<0.05);精氨酸组大白仔猪较大太猪提高了12.89%(P<0.05),且第1周ADG大白猪较大太猪提高12.42%(P<0.05)。对照组第21d体重大白仔猪较大太仔猪提高了14.61%(P<0.05);精氨酸组大白仔猪较大太仔猪提高24.53%(P<0.01),而且试验第2周,精氨酸组中大白仔猪的ADG显著高于大太二元仔猪。 In order to investigate the effect of arginine on growth performance of different breeds of suckli piglets.Forty 7-day-old suckling piglets were selected,They were from two large white sows with similar delivery time and two DT sows.Each litter was divided into two treatments,The average body weight of each treatment group was 2.64±0.01kg.The control group was fed basal diet,The treatment group was the basal diet supplemented with 0.6%arginine.The test time was 14 days.The results show that,Body weight and average daily gain of large white piglets in control group and arginine group on day 14 were higher 10.73%(P<0.05)and 12.26%(P<0.05)。than that of the DT Group.On the 21th day,they increased by 14.61%(P<0.05)and 24.53(P<0.1),respectively.And the second week of the trial,In the arginine group,the average daily gain of large white piglets was significantly higher than binary piglets.
