一例贵宾犬肾功能障碍的诊断与治疗

肾衰竭是因为各种原因导致肾脏不能进行正常的工作,最后丧失其功能使其动物死亡。肾脏不仅是排泄身体代谢废物的器官,更重要的是能调节水分和电解质以及维持体内坏境恒定的功能,当肾脏出现机能紊乱时,机体会出现严重的异常。2018年1月长沙市某动物医院接收1只慢性肾褒竭伴有胰腺炎的老年泰迪病犬。其进行临床检查、实验室血常规、生化及血气、胱抑素、特异性脂肪酶、C-CRP、尿液、超声波检查和拍X光,诊断为患有慢性肾衰竭和胰腺炎。经过16 d的保守治疗,各项指标逐渐恢复。有慢性肾褒竭的病犬蛋白水平的降低,、钙离子减少,淀粉酶升高约2倍、肌酐升高约5倍多、尿素升高约4倍多。白细胞增多,红细胞和血小板减少。超声波检查和X光片表明可见肾脏区与有显著病变情况。通过病例整理分析总结,希望为以后犬类肾褒竭的临床诊治提供良好的依据。

Kidney failure is due to various reasons that the kidney cannot perform normal work,and eventually loses its function to make the animal die.The kidneys not only excrete the organs that metabolize wastes in the body,but more importantly,they can regulate water and electrolytes and maintain a constant environment of the body.When the kidneys are dysfunctional,the body will have serious abnormalities.In January 2018,Changsha Puyue Animal Hospital received an elderly teddy dog with chronic renal impairment and pancreatitis.It performed clinical examination,laboratory blood routine,biochemical and blood gas,cystatin,specific lipase,C-CRP,urine,ultrasound and X-rays,and was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and pancreas in elderly dog.After 16 days of conservative treatment,various indicators are gradualli.
