工程实践创新项目(EPIP)教学模式应用研究——以高速铁道技术类专业与课程建设为例 被引量:7

摘要 创新是职业教育发展永恒的主题。工程实践创新项目(EPIP)教学模式破解了“让教师真教、让学生真学”这个长期以来困扰职业教育产教融合、校企合作的难题。文章以高速铁道技术类专业与课程建设为例,从EPIP更新高速铁道技术类专业建设思想、EPIP实现核心技术一体化的高速铁道技术类专业建设、EPIP构建高速铁道技术类专业课程(体系)建设三个方面,展示了工程实践创新项目(EPIP)教学模式在高速铁道技术类专业与课程建设中的应用。EPIP教学模式作为鲁班工坊的核心要素,已经在欧亚非10余个国家职业教育项目中得到应用,并伴随高速铁道技术类专业相继引入泰国和吉布提国家职业教育,其专业教学标准通过两国教育部门认证并实施。 Innovation is the eternal theme in the development of vocational education.The teaching mode of EPIP(Engineering,Practice,Innovation,Project)is the solution of the challenge,i.e.the Coincidence of Teacher’s Teachingand Student’s Learning Wholeheartedly,which beset for a long term the production-education integration and the enterprise-school cooperation exists in the vocational education.It expounded the application of EPIP teaching mode in the specialties and curricula construction majored in high-speed railway technology in the aspects of updating EPIP specialty construction idea,realization of integrated core technology in EPIP and curricula constructions of EPIP,by examples specialty and curricula construction in major of high speed railway technology.As the core factor in Luban workshop,the EPIP teaching mode has been put into application in vocational education in dozen countries in Europe,Asia and Africa.Along with the successive introduction of highspeed railway specialty into the vocational education in Thailand andDjibouti,the specialized teaching standard has been implemented after being succeeded in certification.
