远程教育教学管理工作是成人高校日常教学工作的重要组成部分。成人高校远程教育教学发展的现实需要是为国家培养满足社会主义建设需要的合格人才。因此这不仅需要高水平的一线任课教师和二线教学管理人员,而且还要具备先进的教学设备和优质的教育资源配置,更重要的是要有其先进、科学的发展建设思路和举措方法。该文重点从远程教育背景下探讨了成人大学教育教学管理信息化、精细化、制度化、人性化等四个方面的发展建设思路、心得。

The management of remote education and teaching is the important constituent part of daily teaching in adult colleges.The present requirement of developing remote education and teaching is to cultivate the qualified talents meeting the State’s socialist construction need.Therefore,it not only need high level teacher in frontline and supporting teaching administrative personnel,but also need to be equipped with advanced teaching equipment and excellent teaching resources,especially the advanced and scientific thoughts,methods and measures of construction and development.It focused on the exploration of development and construction thoughts and experiences for education and teaching management in adult colleges under the background of remote education in the aspects of informationization,refinement,institutionalization and humanization.
