中医康复护理干预对脑卒中患者生活能力及神经功能的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Living Ability and Nerve Function of Stroke Patients

目的:观察中医康复护理干预对脑卒中患者生活能力及神经功能的影响。方法:将脑卒中患者88例,随机分成2组各44例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用中医康复护理干预,对2组的生活能力和神经功能的改善情况进行对比分析。应用神经功能缺损程度分级(NIHSS)对神经功能进行评分,应用日常生活活动能力评分(MBI)对生活能力进行评分。结果:2组护理前生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组生活能力较前改善(P<0.05);2组护理后生活能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组护理前神经功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组神经功能较前改善(P<0.05);2组护理后神经功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医康复护理干预能改善脑卒中患者的生活能力及神经功能。

Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the living ability and nerve function of stroke patients. Methods:A total of 88 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was intervened with Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. The improvement of living ability and nerve function in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Nerve function was scored by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), and living ability was scored by Modified Barthel Index(MBI). Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of living ability between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the living ability in the two groups was improved when compared with that before nursing(P<0.05);the comparison of living ability between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of nerve function between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the nerve function in the two groups was improved when compared with that before nursing(P<0.05);the comparison of the nerve function between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can improve the living ability and nerve function of stroke patients.
