中山市医院临床用血现状调查研究

Investigation on status quo of clinical blood use in hospitals in Zhongshan city

[目的]探究中山市医院用血现状,提高临床用血的有效性、合理性和安全性。[方法]回顾性分析近年中山市医院临床用血数据,调查临床输血管理情况,对各成分血使用状况进行分析研究。[结果]2017年1月—2019年10月当地各医院临床年用血量逐年增加,其中红细胞用量和血浆用量呈现递增状态,血小板用量呈现递减趋势,而冷沉淀凝血因子的使用状况比较稳定,有的医院没有设立独立的输血科(血库),缺乏业务培训,实验过程记录不全,自身输血未能推广普及。[结论]临床需要充分认识输血风险,对相关输血指证和用血数量严格掌控,方能有效缓解血液供应紧张的情况,并提高输血疗效,同时应该加强输血科(血库)建设与管理,提升医院整体的医疗水平。

Objective:To explore the status quo of hospital blood use in hospitals of Zhongshan city and improve the effectiveness,rationality,and safety of clinical blood use.Methods:The clinical blood data was retrospectively analyzed in hospitals in Zhongshan city in recent years,the management of clinical blood transfusion was investigated,and the use of each component of blood was investigated.Results:From January 2017 to October 2019,the annual blood consumption of local hospitals increased year by year,in which the consumption of red blood cells and plasma increased,the consumption of platelets decreased,and the usage of cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor was relatively stable.Some hospitals did not set up an independent blood transfusion department(blood bank),lacked professional training and complete records of the experimental process,and failed to promote their own blood transfusion.Conclusions:The risks of blood transfusion should be fully understood and the relevant blood transfusion indications and the amount of blood should be strictly controlled,which could effectively alleviate the blood supply shortage and improve the efficacy of blood transfusion.At the same time,the construction and management of the blood transfusion department(blood bank)should be strengthened to improve the overall medical level of the hospital.
