摘要
风电技术的提高和电能的需求增大使得风电场建设规模变大,但在生产和运维的过程中,很多安全问题也暴露出来,风电场中的架空输电线路长期裸露在自然界中,容易造成导地线和自立式角钢铁塔遭受雷击事故。先分析研究了3种常用的架空输电线路防雷技术原理及其相应的具体措施,通过收集现场的数据资料,建立导线、电缆、铁塔、接地和避雷器模型验证接地电阻越小对防雷效果越好,最后提出一种降低接地电阻优化防雷设计的方案,以保证风电场内输电线路工程的安全运行和电网的稳定。
The improvement of wind power technology and the increasing demand for electric power have made the construction scale of the wind farm become larger.However,many safety issues have also been exposed in the process of the production and operation and maintenance.Overhead transmission lines in the wind farm are exposed to nature for a long time,which is likely to cause lightning accidents of ground wire and self-supporting angle steel tower.Firstly,the three kinds of commonly used overhead transmission line lightning protection technology principle and its corresponding measures were analyzed.Through collecting on-site data,the models of wire,cable,tower,grounding and arrester were established to verify that the smaller the grounding resistance was,the better the lightning protection effect was.Finally,a scheme to reduce the grounding resistance and optimize the lightning protection design was proposed to ensure the safe operation of the transmission line project in the wind farm and the stability of the power grid.
