摘要
在把握互联网技术的基本意涵和基本属性的基础上,依据布莱恩·阿瑟的技术产生和进化的系统性理论,总体上吸收托马斯·休斯的技术动力论的合理要素,结合全球互联网50年的发展演进逻辑,重点探寻互联网技术的动力进化机制,以期为促进新一代互联网技术科学健康有序发展提供分析路径。
On the basis of grasping the basic meaning and attribute of Internet technology,according to Brian Arthur’s systematic theory of technology generation and evolution,the reasonable elements of Thomas Hughes’ theory of technological power are absorbed in general.Combined with the development and evolution logic of the global Internet for 50 years,this paper focuses on the dynamic evolution mechanism of Internet technology in order to provide an analytical path for the healthy and orderly development of the new generation of Internet technology.
