The Development of“Seven Major Industries”and the Building of a Modern Industrial System in Tibet—Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Seventh Conference on Work in Tibet

习近平在中央第七次西藏工作座谈会上强调,面对新形势新任务,必须全面贯彻新时代党的治藏方略,坚持统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局、协调推进“四个全面”战略布局,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,提升发展质量,保障和改善民生,推进生态文明建设,加强党的组织和政权建设,努力建设团结富裕文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化新西藏。按照此次会议精神,西藏在新时代必须大力发展七大特色产业,进一步提高产业发展的质量,积极构建西藏现代产业体系,助力团结富裕文明和谐美丽的新西藏建设。

Xi Jinping emphasized at the CPC Central Committee’s Seventh Conference on Work in Tibet that facing the new situation and new tasks,we must fully implement the party’s strategy of managing Tibet in the new era,persist in promoting the“five in one”overall layout,coordinate and promote the“four comprehensive”strategic layout,adhere to the general tone of striving for stability,build the awareness of the Chinese community,improve the quality of development,guarantee and improve people’s livelihood,promote the construction of ecological civilization,strengthen the party’s organization and political power,and strive to build unity.According to the spirit of this conference,Tibet must vigorously develop seven characteristic industries in the new era,further improve the quality of industrial development,actively build a modern industrial system in Tibet,and help build a new Tibet that is united,rich,civilized,harmonious and beautiful.
