Path of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in the Shanxi-Sichuan Area—A Case Study Involving Hanbin District of Ankang Municipality

安康市汉滨区为打好以产业扶贫、基础扶贫、社会扶贫协调推进的精准扶贫脱贫攻坚战役,以社会扶贫网为依托,推出了教育、医疗、危改、产业扶贫等举措,探索出了一条适宜地区发展的新路径,分类分批帮助脱贫。精准扶贫为“决胜全面小康、实现幸福安康”注入了无穷力量,也让众多贫困群众享受到了脱贫攻坚的丰硕果实。

To win the war on poverty through a targeted poverty alleviation campaign where industries,infrastructure facilities and society develop in a coordinated way,Hanbin District of Ankang Municipality introduced educational,medical,and industrial poverty alleviation measures and renovated dilapidated rural houses.It has found a new path—suited to regional development—to poverty alleviation by category and in batches with the support of a social poverty alleviation network.Targeted poverty alleviation provides infinite power for“building a happy,stable and well-off society in an all-round way”and brings considerable benefits to the poor.
