摘要 随着我国高等教育改革的不断推进,建设教师专业标准以引导和促进教师专业化成长已成为提高高校办学质量的有效途径。深入分析四川省普通高校体育教师专业发展现状,以国家政策为依据,结合国内外相关研究,提出普通高校体育教师专业标准的结构设想,探索体育教师专业标准建设的基本策略,以期为高校体育教师的质量提升和专业发展提供参考。 With the continuous advancement of China’s higher education reform,setting teachers’professional standards to guide and promote teachers’professional growth has become an effective way to improve the quality of college and university education.This article carries out an in-depth analysis of the professional development status of physical education teachers at colleges and universities in Sichuan Province.It is based on state policies and related research at home and abroad,proposes the structural assumption of the professional standards in physical education teachers at colleges and universities,and explores the basic strategies for the construction of professional standards in physical education teachers,so as to provide reference for the quality improvement and professional development of physical education teachers at colleges and universities.
