摘要
大众创业、万众创新推动着民族地区中等职业学校人才培养模式的变革。基于当前民族地区中等职业学校创新创业人才培养的现实,从理论支撑和实践探索上对创新创业人才培养模式进行梳理和研究,在建构主义理论视域下,以甘孜、阿坝地区中等职业学校为例,通过整合实践导向课程资源的方式,构建符合本地区实际需求的课程体系,积极探索学校与社区的和谐互动机制,实现创新创业人才培养模式的人文价值,构建创新创业人才培养模式的人文空间,以便更好地服务地方经济社会发展。
Mass entrepreneurship and innovation promotes the reform of the model for graduating talent in secondary vocational schools in ethnic areas.This article is based on the status of producing innovative and entrepreneurial talent in secondary vocational schools in ethnic areas.It looks into the model for producing innovative and entrepreneurial talent on two dimensions:theoretical support and practical exploration.From the perspective of constructivism,it carries out a case study involving secondary vocational schools in Ganzi and Aba,integrates practice-oriented course resources,builds a curriculum system that meets the actual needs of the regions,and actively explores ways of harmonious interaction between schools and communities to add humanistic value to the model for producing innovative and entrepreneurial talent,construct a humanity space for the model for producing innovative and entrepreneurial talent,and better serve the local areas.
