摘要
阳离子/钙交换体(cation/Ca2+exchangers,CCXs)是植物体内通过转运金属阳离子以维持细胞内离子平衡,从而响应胁迫的一类蛋白。该蛋白家族成员已在多种植物中被鉴定,但其功能研究仅在模式植物拟南芥以及水稻、小麦和番茄等少数作物中有所报道,主要参与盐、干旱、热和氧化等胁迫响应。文章系统地阐述了植物中CCXs蛋白结构、定位、离子转运特性以及响应非生物胁迫功能的最新研究进展,为阐明其在不同植物中的功能提供理论依据。
Cations/Ca2+ exchangers(CCXs) are a class of proteins in plants that maintain metal ion balance by transporting metal cations in response to stress. At present, CCXs family members have been identified in a variety of plants, but their functional studies have only been reported in Arabidopsis, rice, wheat, and tomatoes, mainly involved in response to drought, salt, heat, and oxidation stresses. Here we systematically summarized the recent research progress of CCXs protein structure, location, ion transfer characteristics and functions in response to abiotic stresses, providing a theoretical basis for elaborating its function in different plants.
