淹水胁迫对油麦菜生长、生理和解剖结构的影响 被引量:5

Effects of waterlogging stress on growth, physiology and anatomical structure of Lactuca sativa seedlings

摘要 本文采用双因素随机区组设计,研究了淹水胁迫对油麦菜生长、生理和解剖结构的影响。结果表明:淹水10和15 d,与对照相比,油麦菜的地上和地下的鲜重和干重均显著降低,叶片内SOD、POD和CAT活性以及根系的ADH、LDH活性均显著升高,同时,油麦菜在根的皮层中形成了通气组织,外皮层形成了凯氏带。表明淹水胁迫抑制了油麦菜的生长,但油麦菜对淹水胁迫具有一定耐性,能通过生理调节和组织化学变化适应淹水胁迫。恢复5 d时,油麦菜地下生长恢复,根的皮层中通气组织缩小,外皮层凯氏带消失。 Effects of waterlogging stress on the growth, physiological and anatomical structure of Lactuca sativa were studied by two-factor randomized block design. The results showed that: after 10 and 15 d of waterlogging, compared with the control, the ground/underground fresh weight and dry weight were significantly reduced, SOD, POD and CAT activities of leaves and ADH and LDH activities of roots were significantly increased, aerenchyma was formed in the cortex of the root, and casparian strip was formed in the exodermis at the same time. The results showed that the waterlogging stress inhibited the growth of L. sativa, but it had a certain degree of tolerance to the waterlogging stress, and could adapt to the waterlogging stress through physiological adjustment and histochemical changes. After 5 days of recovery, the underground growth of L. sativa recovered, the aerenchyma of the root endodermis decreased, and the casparian strip of exodermis disappeared.
