摘要
UV-LED(ultraviolet light‑emitting diodes)紫外光固化是一种新兴的、环保的固化技术,是利用UV-LED灯发出的紫外光引发UV树脂的瞬间光化学反应,在物体表面形成具有网状化学结构的涂层。UV-LED紫外光固化技术具有高效、节能、环保、经济、适应性广等特点。目前UV-LED灯正在逐渐取代传统UV汞灯,并已成为众多UV涂料、UV油墨等树脂紫外光固化的选择方向。主要总结和概述了紫外光(UV)固化的原理、紫外光(UV)光源及设备、UV-LED紫外光固化技术的应用等,以期为UV-LED紫外光固化技术在家具与木制品表面装饰中得到推广应用提供借鉴和参考。
UV‑LED(ultraviolet light‑emitting diodes)curing is a kind of new and environmental protection curing technology.It use the ultraviolet light emitted by UV‑LED lamps to initiate UV resin instant photochemical reaction and form coating with mesh structure in the surface of substrates.UV‑LED curing technology has such advantages as higher efficiency,energy saving,better environmental protection,economy,and wide adaptability,etc.At present,the UV‑LED lamp are gradually replacing traditional UV mercury lamp,and has become a choice direction of UV curing for many UV resins as UV coating and UV ink.The summarization of the principle of the ultraviolet(UV)curing,ultraviolet(UV)light source and the equipment,the application of UV‑LED curing technology,etc.,will provide practical reference for UVLED curing technology widely to be used in the surface coating of furniture and wood products.
