双级串联变异SBR反应器处理堆肥渗滤液的研究

摘要 为了更好地处理堆肥渗滤液,基于自行设计组装的双级串联变异SBR反应器,通过间歇进水、间歇曝气的方式,在反应器容积负荷为1.5 kg/(m^3·d)的条件下找到最佳工况,然后在该工况下进一步对比不同厚度曝气叶轮(叶轮1厚度2.5 mm,叶轮2厚度5.0 mm)的处理效果,结果表明在1.5 kg/(m^3·d)容积负荷条件下叶轮2(d=5.0 mm)的运行工况最佳,具体工况为:反应周期为6 h,进水30 min,一级反应器以曝气4 h停曝1 h的方式进行循环曝气,二级反应器以曝气2 h停曝1 h的方式进行循环曝气,然后沉淀30 min后出水.该工况下反应器COD总去除率为98.15%,氨氮总去除率为98.54%,总氮总去除率为97.30%. In order to better deal with composting leachate,we design and assemble a two-stage series variation SBR reactor.On condition that the reactor volume loading is 1.5 kg/(m^3·d),the best working condition is found through intermittent water intake and intermittent aeration.Then under this working condition,we compare the treatment effects of different thicknesses of the aeration impeller(the thickness of impeller 1 is 2.5 mm and impeller 2 is 5.0 mm).The results show that when volume loading is 1.5 kg/(m^3·d),impeller 2(d=5.0 mm)has the best operating conditions.The specific working conditions are:the reaction period is 6 h;inflow duration is 30 min;the first-stage reactor aerates for 4 h and stops for 1 h;the second-stage reactor aerates for 2 h and stops for 1 h;and then,the water is discharged after precipitating for 30 minutes.Under this condition,the total COD removal rate is 98.15%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 98.54%,and the total nitrogen removal rate is 97.30%.
