摘要
针对装备维修性评价时现场试验数据样本不足的问题,引入数据融合技术虽然可以充分利用验前数据来扩充样本量,但需满足其与现场数据通过一致性检验的条件。以某型坦克维修性试验为例,从定性角度,采用图对比法和高斯曲线拟合,初步判别数据分布类型,并通过Epps-Pulley法对结果进行检验;再从定量角度采用非参数检验法中的Wilcoxon秩和检验,对验前数据和现场数据的一致性进行精确检验,为达到装备维修性数据融合的目标精度奠定了基础。
In view of the shortage of field test data samples during equipment maintainability assessment,the involvement of data fusion technology can make full use of pretest data to expand the sample size,but it must meet the conditions of consistency test with field test data.By taking a certain type of tank test data as an example from the qualitative point of view and using the histogram method and Gaussian data fitting,the data distribution type and consistency degree are preliminarily discriminated and the results are tested by applying Epps-Pulley method;And the consistency of pretest data and field data are precisely tested by the quantitative perspective Wilcoxon rank sum test of nonparametric test.This research can serve as reference for achieving the target accuracy of maintainability data fusion of equipment.
