经颅直流电刺激在脑卒中后下肢运动功能康复中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 脑卒中不仅是全球范围内第二大致死疾病,同时也是导致人类遗留长期功能障碍的主要疾病之一[1]。研究表明,脑卒中后早期63%的患者不能独立行走,即使经过临床及康复治疗干预后,仍然有22%的患者不能行走[2]。“上下肢一体化”理论发现,上肢手功能的康复会促进下肢功能的康复[3],从整体化角度思考,下肢功能的康复也会促进上肢手功能的康复进程。
