摘要
潘家口电厂为坝后式抽水蓄能电站,在抽水蓄能电站中属于较为特殊的电站。电站安装3台抽蓄机组,机组水泵工况含有142.8 r/min与125 r/min 2种额定转速,可以满足在不同水头下水泵工况运行。机组运行时,端面密封存在脱落的现象,严重时甚至可能会卡在导叶间隙中,造成导叶及抗磨板磨损,导致漏水量增大。作者对此问题进行了分析研究,更换为新型端面密封,将问题解决。
Panjiakou Power Plant is a behind-dam pumped-storage power station,which is a relatively special power station among pumped-storage power stations.The power station is equipped with 3 pumped storage units.The pump working condition of the unit contains two rated speeds of 142.8 r/min and 125 r/min,which can meet the pump working conditions under different water heads.When the unit is running,the end face seal may fall off.In severe cases,it may even get stuck in the gap of the guide vane,causing wear of the guide vane and anti-wear plate,resulting in increased water leakage.The author analyzed and studied this problem and replaced it with a new end face seal to solve the problem.
