某电厂主变冷却系统保护改进技术方案

Technical enhancement scheme for protection of main transformer cooling system in a power plant

某厂为抽水蓄能电厂,承担了华北电网调峰、调频和紧急事故备用的艰巨任务。主变压器冷却器控制回路无失电告警功能,油流继电器未投入控制回路,不满足《变压器非电量保护配置与整定技术导则》要求。现计划增加主变压器冷却器控制回路失电告警监视,并将油流继电器投入控制回路。

One pumped storage power plant,located in the North China power grid,undertakes the arduous tasks of peak regulation,frequency regulation and emergency backup.There is no power loss alarm function in the control circuit of the main transformer cooler,and the oil flow relay is not put into the control circuit,which does not meet the requirements of"Technical guide for configuration and setting of transformer non-electricity protection".The scheme is to add on a power loss alarm monitoring of the main transformer cooler control circuit and put the oil flow relay into the control loop.
