摘要
联合基金是国家自然科学基金的重要组成部分,在引导和整合社会资源投入基础研究方面发挥了重要作用。2019年国家自然科学基金委员会积极推动新时期联合基金改革,会同各联合资助方圆满完成了联合基金项目申请受理、评审和资助工作。本文分别针对2019年国家自然科学基金联合基金项目中的区域创新发展联合基金、企业创新发展联合基金、地区联合基金、科研及行业部门联合基金和企业联合基金进行了项目申请、初审、评审与资助情况梳理及统计分析,并在此基础上对2020年联合基金工作进行了展望。
As an important part of NSFC,The Joint Fund plays a significant role in guiding and integrating the social financial resources to support the basic scientific research.In 2019,NSFC actively promoted the reform of the Joint Fund in new period,and completed the application acceptance,review and program funding of the Joint Fund together with all co-sponsors.This paper analyzes the application,preliminary examination,review and program funding for The Joint Fund programs including National Natural Science Foundation Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund,National Natural Science Foundation Enterprise Innovation and Development Joint Fund,Regional Joint Fund,Scientific Research and Industry Sectors Joint Fund and Corporate Joint Fund.Then the prospective is provided for The Joint Fund in 2020.
