摘要 稀土金属是最重要的战略资源,1958年我国首建稀土合金厂,历经艰辛成长为包钢稀土一厂,1978年跨入发展的新时期。文章依据包头钢铁稀土公司和稀土研究院第一手资料及相关史料,阐述改革开放初在国家重大科技政策支持和科研院所的协助下,该厂进行生产建设、技术创新、产品研发的过程。重点剖析自主创新和借鉴学习国际新技术,研发高品位稀土合金的技术细节,并讨论影响和意义。 Rare earth metals are the most important strategic resources.China’s first rare earth alloy plant was built in 1958,and it eventually became No.1 Rare Earth Plant of Baotou Steel Corp.Starting from 1978,it entered a new period of development.Based on first-hand materials and related historical materials,this article traces the plant’s development in terms of production and construction,technology innovation and product research,which were carried out with the support of national science and technology policies and the assistance of research institutes.Close attention has been paid to the analysis of independent innovation and learning from the foreign technology,the research and development of the technical details for high-grade rare earth alloy,and their influence and significance.
