摘要
^(99)mTc is an ideal single-photon emitter, because of its favorable half-life(6.01 h),photon energy(140.5 keV),and radiopharmaceutical chemistry[1;2].It is reported that ^(99)mTc has been used in about 30 million medical diagnostic procedures annually throughout the world[3].At present, most of ^(99)mTc is produced from fission product ^(99)Mo which obtained from the neutron irradiated ^(235)U.The methodologies along with the separation of ^(99)mTc from fission ^(99)Mo indicates that availability of ^(99)mTc is ensured in the form of the widely used ^(99)Mo/^(99)m Tc alumina column generator. But up to now,the best alternative to the use of fission ^(99)Mo based alumina column generator has not yet been identified for widespread use. Thus, the study of ^(99)Mo/^(99)m Tc alumina column generator is most essential.
