Therapeutic Effect of Heavy Ion Irradiation Combined with Immune Antibody on Mice Model Beared with Triple Negative Breast Cancer Cells

摘要 Radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and immunotherapy is the development trend of precise cancer treatment.As an advanced radiotherapy method,carbon ion therapy can activate the immune response of cancer cells,and its combination with immunotherapy is expected to further improve the effect of cancer control and improve the survival of cancer patients.In this study,anti-PD-L1,anti-HER-2 and R848 immune antibodies were selected to study the changes of weight and volume of tumors in mice bearing triple negative breast cancer 4T1-4P cells.Anti-HER-2 was further selected in different groups(control group,carbon ion group,immune treatment group and combined treatment group).T cell population analysis was carried out in combination with R848 and carbon ion group.
