摘要
In the year of 2018,we upgraded the motor control for six group of slits in both high voltage platform and beamline at the 320 kV experimental platform.This new control system is based on Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS)[1]and embedded PLC of Beckhoff Ltd.The new control system is 3-layer standard structure.One powerful industry computers from Advantech running CentOS are used as EPICS Input and Output Controller(IOC)with control software running in them.Another IOC running windows operating system is used as Operator Interface(OPI).Embedded PLC in charge of motion control for slits.The communication between embedded PLC and motor drivers is based on EtherCAT,which is a kind of real-time Ethernet.
