摘要
目的研究神经内科临床护理带教中PBL教学法的应用效果。方法选取我院神经内科临床实习护士40名,采用随机分配的方式将所有护士平均分成对照组和观察组,每组护士20名,对照组的护士采取常规教学法,观察组护士采取PBL教学法,对比两组护士的学习成果。结果观察组实习护士考核成绩平均分为:操作技巧(95.25±2.25)分、理论知识(94.67±3.25)分,对照组实习护士考核成绩平均分为:操作技巧(80.16±1.15)分、理论知识(81.62±1.34)分,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习护士综合能力评分为:学习氛围(23.12±1.52)分、动手能力(23.33±1.41)分、沟通能力(23.08±1.64)分、接受能力(24.02±0.62)分,对照组实习护士综合能力评分为:学习氛围(16.55±0.95)分、动手能力(16.15±1.05)分、沟通能力(15.62±1.24)分、接受能力(15.66±1.47)分,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习护士对教学效果的满意度为100.00%,对照组实习护士对教学效果的满意度为65.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科临床护理带教中PBL教学法的应用效果更好,能够有效提高实习护士的考试成绩和综合能力,实习护士对教学效果的满意度也较高。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of neurology.Methods 40 internship nurses of neurology in our hospital were selected.All nurses were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random allocation.There were 20 nurses in each group.The conventional teaching method was adopted for the nurses in the control group and PBL teaching method was adopted for the nurses in the observation group.The learning outcomes of the two groups of nurses was compared.Results The average assessment scores of the practice nurses in the observation group were:operating skills score(95.25±2.25)points,theoretical knowledge scores(94.67±3.25)points,and the control group practice nurse assessment scores were:operation skills score(80.16±1.15)points,the theoretical knowledge score(81.62±1.34)points,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the internship nurses in the observation group were:learning atmosphere score(23.12±1.52)points,hands-on ability score(23.33±1.41)points,communication ability score(23.08±1.64)points,acceptance ability score(24.02±0.62)points.The comprehensive ability scores of the control group were:learning atmosphere score(16.55±0.95)points,hands-on ability score(16.15±1.05)points,communication ability score(15.62±1.24)points,acceptance ability score(15.66±1.47)points,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the internship nurses in the observation group was 100.00%,and the satisfaction degree of the internship nurses in the control group was 65.00%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of neurology is better,it can effectively improve the test scores and comprehensive ability of the internship nurses,and the satisfaction of the internship nurses on the teaching results is also high.
