摘要 目的探索以问题为导向(PBL)教学模式在临床药师通科学员带教工作中的可行性,并分析其实施效果。方法将2019年4月—2020年3月来我院进行临床药学通科培训的学员分组,采用自身对照的方式,前后分别接受常规教学和PBL教学,学习结束后采用问卷调查和考核的方式比较学习效果。结果接受PBL教学的学员在教学方法满意度、自我满意度及教学内容理论考核、病例分析和实践考核成绩均优于接受常规教学方法的学员。结论PBL教学法能激发学生的主观能动性与学习兴趣,将临床药物治疗知识与案例实践有机结合,提升了学习满意度和学习效果,值得在临床药学学员带教工作中推广应用。 Objective This study aimed to assess the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)method in the practice of general clinical pharmacists training.Methods The pharmacists admitted in our hospital for general clinical pharmacists training from April 2019 to March 2020 were divided into two groups.Self-control experiments were conducted,in which the students in each group received PBL teaching or routine teaching,respectively,and then,vice versa.Finally,the effectiveness of teaching was evaluated through surveys by questionnaire and tests.Results Compared with the control group,the scores in the experimental group exposed to PBL were significantly higher in the satisfaction of teaching method and self-evaluation in addition to the scores in the theoretical test,case analysis and clinical practice.Conclusion The application of PBL stimulated the subjective initiative and interest in learning as well as effectively combining the theoretical knowledge of clinical pharmacy and clinical practice,which therefore leads to the enhancement of satisfactory and effect in study.Collectively,PBL is an effective method in the practice of general clinical pharmacists training and it should be generalized in this field.
