摘要
目的分析胸外科教学过程中引入模拟临床思维教学法的价值。方法选取2018年9月—2019年6月我院大二学生100名为研究对象,依据班级不同分为对照组50名主要为常规胸外科教学,观察组50名进行模拟临床思维教学法,对比两组教学方式的效果。结果观察组学生理论优秀率(74.00%)和技能操作优秀率(72.00%)均高于对照组(60.00%、52.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生学习积极性(98.00%)高于对照组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.891,P<0.05)。结论在胸外科教学中进行模拟临床思维教学可有效提升学生学习成绩。
Objective To analyze the value of introducing simulated clinical thinking teaching method into thoracic surgery teaching.Methods 100 sophomores in our college from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.According to different classes,50 students in the control group were given routine thoracic surgery teaching group and 50 students in the observation group were given simulated clinical thinking teaching method.The effects of the two teaching methods were compared.Results The excellent rate of theory and skill operation in the observation group was 74.00%and 72.00%,respectively higher than that in the control group(60.00%and 52.00%,P<0.05),and the learning enthusiasm in the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 86.00%in the control group(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated clinical thinking teaching in thoracic surgery teaching can effectively improve students'academic performance.
