案例式PBL教学模式在口腔住院医师规范化培训带教中的效果 被引量:17

摘要 目的探究案例式问题式学习教学模式(下文简称:PBL教学模式)在口腔住院医师规范化培训带教中的效果。方法选择我院2016年1月—2018年1月加入到口腔科的20名住院医师作为研究对象,基于抽签法分成对照组与实验组,对照组住院医师接受常规培训,实验组住院医师接受案例式PBL教学,对比两组教学培训后教学评价情况与受训有效性情况,验证案例式PBL教学模式的实际效果。结果统计结果显示,在教学评价中,对两组住院医师的临床思维与诊疗能力、学习主观能动性、独立思考与分析能力、表达能力、组织能力、理论知识掌握情况、自我认知准确性进行了评价,实验组评价结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组受训总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式PBL教学模式具有有效调动住院医师培训积极性、主观性,有效提升住院医师培训效果与质量的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of case-based problem-based learning teaching model(hereinafter referred to as:PBL teaching model)in standardized training and teaching of dental residents.Methods Select 20 residents who joined the Department of Stomatology in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as the research subjects.Based on the lottery method,they were divided into control group and experimental group.Case-based PBL teaching,comparing the teaching evaluation and training effectiveness of the two groups of teaching training,verify the actual effect of the case-based PBL teaching model.Results The statistical results show that in the teaching evaluation,the clinical thinking and diagnosis and treatment ability,learning initiative,independent thinking and analysis ability,expression ability,organizational ability,theoretical knowledge mastery,and self-cognition accuracy of the two groups of residents The evaluation results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of training in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based PBL teaching model can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and subjectivity of resident training,and effectively improve the effect and quality of resident training.
